Caipirinha is the most popular cocktail in Brazil. It’s made from cachaça, a clear distilled spirit made from sugar cane juice. If you can’t find cachaça, just swap it for vodka and you’ll have a Caipiroska cocktail instead.
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
2 onces cachaça
Cut up a lime into 8 wedges. Muddle the wedges in a rocks glass with sugar. Add Cachaça and top with ice. Stir and serve. Enjoy
